im living in B297DQ(Selly oka, Birmingham) which ISP ? THXXXXXX

Currently im with virginmedia ( 50Mb ,cable) but the speed is very sloooooooooow!

Im playing online game and do lots of working through internet, need fast, stable, ulimitied download. thank for all your helps!!

I have check this and yes i can get it, but is this good? how is this ISP? Anyone using it now? No offendence, just worry the same problem would be happen as virginmedia....It should be 50M >_<

They do throttle P2P during peak hours though

BT Infinity has throttled P2P.

Most or all of AAISP, ADSL24, Aquiss, IDNet, Newnet, Sky, Titan, Vivaciti, Xilo, Zen do not.

I live down the road from you, Kings Norton B38 and I've had a never-ending dialogue with Virgin Media over the quality of my Internet connection. They upgraded me to a 100Mbps service, for less money than I was paying on the 30Mbps service, but the performance is atrocious. It is purely an over utilization issue. Yet, Virgin Media keep telling me that there is a 'fault', the name of which and date of repair, change every time I speak with them.

I've attached a link to yesterdays thinkbroadband Broadband Quality Meter graph for your delectation. It will carry the title of, 'Yesterday - A typical day in the life of my Virgin Media Internet connection...' A bit of a long-winded title, but worth a quick read nonetheless.

I've just ordered Plusnet and have the phone line in operation, and have a broadband activation date of June 7th.

Sadly, I do not have the Infinity option, as my local exchange isn't in any future plans for upgrade to FTTC. (Exchange: Kings Norton - CMKING)
