Years ago it would have been Tiscali, but probably a TalkTalk wholesale deal these days.
If their contract does not specify wholesaler, then they are of course at liberty to change the wholesaler as and when better deals arrive for them.

He means the contract with you. Which one would expect to find in the form of T & Cs on their website.

Not sure but i was with them for about a year no problems when i needed customer service unlike the post office.
