.Yes, there are occasional problems, but not to do with throttling as such.
A silliness is that they still initially provision ADSL2+ with a 448kbps upstream
. That gets removed with no quibbles, on request. Secondly, on WBMC, (the BT Wholesale service), it seems that if the DLM introduces interleaving then that caps it at 888kbps, instead of the over 1Mbps possible on Fast Path. AIUI that is the same on all non-LLU.
