All ISP the same ?

Looking at Broadband Providers here. Appears there is not much difference in ratings.
Main 4 all rated 2 Star
Others mainly 2.5 - 3 stars.
Before change of rating tools, varied 1 to 4 star.
Seems if you are looking for a recommendation need to look elsewhere. That in the main, maybe, only dissatisfied customers post
Lack of data also means many, some known good, are not rated.

Why not use http://www.thinkbroadband.com/isp/compare.html

This gives you the actual score so you can worry over whether the 4% difference in customer service between Sky and TalkTalk

We have data on a lot more providers, but the need to get good datasets, i.e. avoid 1 or 2 voters skewing results means you cannot show them all.

Most of the larger ones are naff to be honest, ok, their customer service is naff. they are fine if things are working, but i hope you never have problem.
