Plusnet or any Annex M alternatives?

I currently have Plusnet FTTC and I'm happy with the service I receive.

I'm in the process of moving and with no FTTC available (EO), I'm looking for adsl.

Plusnet seems like the obvious choice but I have two questions.

Can I expect the same level of service with their ADSL product as I have with FTTC

And does anyone offer Annex M at reasonable prices - maybe LLU?

People need to know the exchange to know what LLU is there.

Exchange is Stratford.

What are Sky like now?

I remember they were pretty decent a couple of years ago.

When I was looking at the start of the year, I think another option was Xilo.net - looking on their site the package seems to be in their Pro range and the Unmetered one. They also have lower usage tiers.

Ended up going with PlusNet though as I had been with them before and generally the opinion seems PN is pretty good now. Annex M is only available on PN Business packages, not residential, so does mean a more expensive package but also gives you access to the Business support which is free phone (think residential is too) and has far shorter wait times. Suggestion is the business support team are also more experienced staff having been at PN longer too.

I think AA did an Annex M package but for my needs it was more expensive than I really want to pay (compared with PN which is unlimited and working as well as Zen or BE ever have)

I decided that if I couldn't have Annex M (I wasn't prepared to pay £40-50/m for it) then I'd just get cheap but functional.

I went for the new Unlimited Pro package that Sky are offering.

Quite whether it's worth the £5/m premium beyond the static IP, we'll see - it's supposed to be the one that keeps the Be* customers happy, though.

Ordered today, activation is Thursday, so can't argue there, either.

Is that where you are now, or where you are moving to? Unless samknows is out of date there is no Sky LLU on Stratford exchange.

Oddly, if you put my address into Samknows it says Sky is available, but if you look at the Exchange page, it says it's not.

As the order was accepted on my exact address, I'd have to assume that the former is accurate.

The new address? That's what I'm after. The current address I assume is LLU Sky.
