Just a plug for Vivaciti customer service which has proven itself magnificent. Had a subtle broadband issue over the weekend, not my fault I'll add, and the patient tech support sorted it after an hour long session. Very little waiting for the phone to be answered too. Not the cheapest maybe but a good connection and excellent service.
