Southern Electric SSE - any details / experience available?

Anyone know anything about Southern Electric?

Assume they're reselling someones elses services but whose?

Any feedback on their network?

Any feedback on their customer service?

Current offers look a good price, their £24.50 fibre looks tempting and I'm approaching the end of a plusnet adsl2 contract and fftc has just become available to me .....

I bet they are kicking themselves for leaving Zen. You get what you pay for - so for 2 years of free people expect too much it seems.

I don't think they left Zen... they just had an extra line installed to run alongside Zen!

But yes, certainly do get what you pay for!

I have them as electric and gas supplier.

I wouldn't recomend them based on my experience of their customer service on this, but they have at least answered my broadband questions.
