Moving from TT to Zen (fibre)?

Hi all; 1st post here and apols in advance for the book .

My broadband was originally with Pipex who are now Talktalk. We've started having line problems recently and TT's cust service is as Cr@p as the reviews state.

My exchange is SDHYWRD which is Zen LLU and I'm less than 200m from my nearest cab and 1.5K from the exchange. Until recently I've been getting over 16Mb on normal broadband.

The 2 Zen options cost more than BT (who we use for phone) but is it a case of paying for what you get? Would they offer a better (customer) service in general and and possibly a less busy service technically?

Must admit I like Zen, price point per service provided is spot on.
If you can get on their own LLU then I wouldn't hesitate to be honest as it is one of the best networks.

Customer services are quite good, I wouldn't say 'perfect' but then again who is? Very polite and knowledgeable even when dealing with major problems [not their fault, BT's]

I wish I could get on their LLU unfortunately I'm stuck on the BT network for the backhaul.
