Any short term providers available?

For a rental property which has a 6 month min term (may well stay longer if all works out) are there any short term providers that offer unlimited fibre broadband?

And which ones offer 12 month contracts?

Usage is likely to exceed 300GB a month.

May have to reconnect and/or enable broadband on the line as well, currently don't know the provider, phone number or state of line.

I suggest the best bet is Pulse8broadband. Might not be the cheapest setup, but unlimited and only a monthly contract even on FTTC.
