Short-term contracts for FTTC?

I'm looking to get FTTC for a few months while selling a house.

Can anyone comment on Pulse8 as an FTTC provider, since they seem to be the only one with a one-month rolling contract? Are there any others with short contracts?

Previously this house had ADSL2+ with only 3 Mbps, but it now seems that FTTC is available on the cabinet serving this line, based on the checker at https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html

- what's the best way of ensuring that FTTC is available before I order?

NOW TV(aka Sky) also do month to month rolling FTTC - I've used them and they were fine.
