Anyone heard of Wefibre?

[link to this post]

Hi,
There's currently a gigabit voucher scheme running in my postcode area where "Wefibre" are offering a 1GBs service for £35 a month.https://wefibre.com/ . Does anyone know anything about them ? This is in the 'NEWYL' exchange area..
Thanks

They appear to have an introductory offer for £20pm but have they installed a cable within a few metres of your property? If not it could be a long wait.

If it was me, I would get it installed and working to my satisfaction before cancelling my existing service.

Thanks for the reply. They have a cabinet installed a few hundred yards away which apparently has gone live and they say they're currently in the process of connecting people. I can get free installation so am inclined to give it a whirl. I currently get about 7oMbs over an OpenRetch connection and have a phone with no packaged calls for around £40pm including VAT. I can get a cheaper service but my connection through UNO has been rock steady while lots of people locally complain about their poor broadband. I just wondered if anyone else had experience of using wefibre as they're said to also operate around Manchester.
Thanks
