In my house we had virgin residential broadband for three years and ended up having to switch to Zen becuase there were complaints from some of our househould about disconnections. Zen only offers a 41-65Mb product and we really need a higher speed service. I am considering going back to Virgin but this time to their Virgin Business product ( i do run a small SOHO business from home).
Is Virgin Business better than their residential product, in terms of getting things sorted out etc? Is the customer centre here in UK for the business arm and the fault centre too?
They only offer 24 month contracts at the advertised prices so im a bit edgy to go with them if the service is no good.
Anyone helse here using Virgin Business, I would like to hear your thoughts.
