For those of us in the UK - do any of you get your FTTP service through Giganet and have a recent issue with payments not being taken?
I am on their 150/30 FTTP package and since March my billing has stopped. They show my account as "paid" but no funds are being taken from my Direct Debit which is active and unchanged. I raised a support ticket 3 weeks ago but have not had any reply. Both the March and April payment have not been taken and I don't want to lose service due to "arrears".
I am in the OpenReach area up in Scotland and last time I enquired about the lower priced offers on the Giganet website was told I was not in an area serviced by their current Fibre provider so there were no alternative packages avaialble.
