Merula

Has anyone here used Merula before and got any thoughts on them? They seem clueful but always interested in listening to what other people think

They're who I used for several years before my town was fibred up by an alt-net. Never had an issue - the very rare occasions I had to contact support it was rapidly handled & was (all bar once) a BT/Openreach issue.

If I have to be back to Openreach-based service any time then Merula would be on my list to check out.
