DHCP Openreach FTTP Providers

Hi all,
I was hoping for some advice
Does anyone know of an ISP on Openreach FTTP who provides:
DHCP instead of PPPoE dialup - preferably with Sky's Option 61 'magic'
IPv6
Preferably the option for multiple IPv4 addresses
Preferably without breaking the bank

If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated
