Given that Sky LLU is generally well regarded you might find that all the connections are already in use at your exchange (there is only room for a limited amount of kit per LLU operator). If there are no spare connections then the only choice available to you is the non-LLU connect product which is generally not recommended.

If you want a decent non-LLU ISP you need to look at the products from the likes of NewNet, Zen, and IDNet.

Ynysowen is my exchange! WTF! Someone told me that I was on Merthyr Tydfil exchange... ffs.. this exchange is butters. Any advice? talk talk is it?

TalkTalk is the only LLU provider at Ynysowen and I don't think that they'll be of any use to you. But, search these forums for "Opal business".

Non LLU services are expensive for ISP's to provide to heavy users. Therefore, they tend to be capped or throttled or both.

They do 40Gb cap with top up of 40Gb, that might be ok.. need to read into it a bit more.. the non-LLU isps are going to be ore pricey arent they?

Hang on tho.. I had AOL platinum down at this address before.. and im sure that was LLU based, as it was true unlimited and 8mb.. gonna ring BT to clear this up.
