Cos they can. They did to my mate. I try his phone number it was blocked as I did check other phone number it working ok. It proof that this isp can block phone number to protect their own business.

but no, we don't.
Simply relying on checking a number is not proof of this. We do not support migrating certain lines and this will show that no services can be offered.
Edit: For the OP, products are subject to availability and it is likely other services are offered just not the bundled one. For adslmax, not sure we would even know who the OP is or what number they are checking. So your theory does not stand.

This is rather rubbish. I check his phone line as there is no broadband on the line as your isp seem blocked his number. I check other number that has the broadband on the line, it available.

Still is not proof that UNO is actively blocking a line from ordering from them as you assert adslmax.
It is a strong accusation to make, and especially saying they are doing it for another poster where you will have no idea of the persons phone number.
NOTE FOR CONTEXT: There are situations where numbers may be held by a LLU operator and not visible in the lookup systems for some operators. This is why providers will also take an order invariably based on the address.

Probably not relevant to this thread but if a line is being remotely monitored for a possible fault by a provider then during that checking process a migration could be problematic? In that situation perhaps it might appear that a line is being actively blocked?

Uno Duo has disappeared for my line too.
Always used to be available, maybe it is an error at Uno's end.

Uno say it changes day by day and they have no control over it. It seems it could become available again tomorrow or in six months or sometime never. All the other options are available, it is only the Duo offering that is now unavailable.

Same here and I'm with uno for both TTB ADSL broadband and a BTw landline (SMPF) - seems that the bundling of the two together (perhaps even full TTB LLU MPF) is currently not available at my exchange...

Doesn't Duo generally run on Zen backhaul?
