Rolling a 3 yr contract, can i get out?

I am with an internet provider and have been without email for several days as there server was down. i called and asked when my contact was up for renewal and was told it is up on the 13th Feb which is next week. this will roll on for another 3 years and i needed to give 3 months notice to leave so am i stuck for another 3 years?
any ideas on how to get out legally?

which ISP ? Link to terms & conditions ?

Email is probably regarded as peripheral and not a core service of the contract, this has arisen before in court I think.
