Phone numbers in Active Directory

I'm adding all the users phone extensions into AD. I've been asked to add the external phone numbers as well and I'm trying to add them into the business2 section. I add them into the other phone section on the general tab but it doesn't show up.

I'm kinda new to this so any help would help.
