I tend to stay clear of motherboards that have built in graphics, so I don't know how many have have PCI-E slots and how many don't.
I do agree with you about memory, best to get as much as you can and then update the graphics card at a later date.

I only got a Geforce 7600gs, I am thinking of getting a second one and use the SLI feature, but they are still pretty expensive considering they are old technology.
