When did you try the keys?

Have you any idea of the BIOS manufacturer?

edited to add:

some sites suggest pressing Del at boot-time to access the BIOS.

a quick look in the FAQ's on the Medion site suggests the DEL key.
Maybe repeatedly pressing it as the computer boots is the "key" to success

Yep, certainly the Del key, unless they have changed it, my brother owns a Medion desktop and laptop and a mate of mine owns a Medio destop and they all use the DEL key.

Is the Medio a smaller version of the Medion.

Did you purchase it from Aldis? When they were doing PCs before xmas, I looked up online about them - there was a lot of people unable to get into the BIOS, you have to do so to upgrade hardware etc.
I never saw anyone manage it or post a solution for it? It was a reasonable PC but you basically had to keep it the same - not unless you got the tech guys involved under the warranty. Even at that, there was not much that could be done with it. Pity.
