this is a very important video to watch in which to understand how your computer gets hacked and how to prevent it. it is most important that the video is viewed and that everyones understands how to prevent the cornflicker worm from infecting there system as tommrow could be when your Computer Could Receive New Instructions from the worm On April 1

Video was pointless 'state obvious' & 'scaremonger' type deal. Nothing useful.

A more common sense and rational approach from vendors Kaspersky and F-Secure (and probably all other vendors).

I think one of my customers PCs had this virus the other day. It wouldn't allow bitdefender to update, stopped AVG from installing, kept redirecting clicks from google search results. All kinds of weird behaviour. In the end I got annoyed and reinstalled windows.

What is the main function of the virus? Does it farm passwords etc or is it just benignly malicious?

that doesn't sound like confliker, more like agressive advertising malware/scareware. Proof in the pudding also that bitdefender is naff there

I know, he had paid for it so I felt obliged to get it working regardless. I think he bought it after the malware had done it's thing.
