System in taskbar taking too much CPU

[link to this post]

Just recently I have noticed my overall CPU use is about 15% where normally its between 0 and 5% so I have either got a nasty or something I have recently updated is using too much CPU resources. How can I track down the culprit my other machine is running at about 2% on idle.

It the system process that is using too much resources according to the tasklist. How can I split the resources down to find out what's using the CPU. Help!
