I am looking for a replacement for Yagoon Time Pro calender software.
I lost my [paid for] serial a while back due to upgrades / format etc, and www.yagoon.com is infected.
Before it went down it was impossible to buy another license. Thank gawd!
It was TimeCalander before it changed its name, and great software - Can anyone recommend good software as a replacement?
Many thanks in advance folks.
Steven.

Sunbird First, as much as it pains us, we have decided to step back from Sunbird maintenance. Our next release will include Sunbird, but subsequent releases won't unless new contributors take on the work. Trying to support both takes too much time, so we had to make a painful prioritization decision.

Thanks guys for the advice, much appreciated.
I did a further search today and found Rainlendar - I remembered it when doing a search a long time ago for calenders - seeing it again has urged me to give it a go.
There's plenty of feature and all going well I'll buy it. Much cheaper than Yagoon Time Pro. Pity, because I really liked it.
Oh well, onwards and upwards I s'pose!
Thanks again!

Nope, Rainlendar is pants - NOW I remember why Yagoon was chosen, Rainlendar is too small.
Does anyone have any good suggestion for a decent replacement, please!?
Shareware is fine.

I just loaded Sunbird to try after having no luck with Lightning and hating Rainlender.
I'll see how it goes.

Still works for me. Loath to change as I need to synch the calendar with my mobile phone.

7 year old software. That still works well.
I did think that the 2003 was just a clever name? Are you sure of that!?
Your point?
Never mind. 8est ignore.

7 year old software. That still works well.
Obviously not well enough for you to consider using it.

Mine's even older than that, I'm still using Lotus Organizer, it even synchs with my N95-2, just a shame that there is no update for it anymore.

Wierdly I've just stopped using Yagoon after some 5 years.
After trying a few alternative products and dabbling with Google Calendar, I've started using Desktop iCalendar (http://www.desksware.com/). It's got the simplicity of Yagoon (and it's cheap) but also syncs with Google Calendar (and Yahoo! apparently)... and now my mobile can sync with Google Calendar...
Worth a look.
