Firefox new tab homepage

I kept looking around in the settings of FF for the option to always open a new blank tab as my homepage. Finally decided it was FF and not me.

As far as I know it's not in the settings...so:

I have these settings -

In Options/General.

When FF starts = Show a blank page

Home page - "about:blank"

This works.

Sorry, I should have said.

It was opening a blank page, but I wanted a new tab to open a webpage. Starting FF would give my homepage, but the new tabs would be blank.
