Windows 7 DOS

Quick question.

Does Win 7 have DOS, and is it essentially the same DOS as Vista 32/64?

Yes and yes..

But there is also the option of Windows Powershell, depending on need, of course. I still use the cmd command a fair amount on Win 7 64bit.
