IE9 64 /32 BIT

I have Windows 7 Proffessional and it came with both 32 and 64 bit versions of IE8. If I upgrade to IE9 do I have to download both versions.
The 64 bit version does not have Flash so I do use the 32 bit more
Thanks

Tried the Geolocation test program and the result is most amusing - it thinks I'm in the middle of a roundabout
