Dodgy drivers is my guess. Try uninstalling some and running on the generic ones for a while, or vice versa.

Are you running a factory image or a custom install.

If possible run a factory image - e.g using the original restore disks or factory patition. If the problems still occur it's probably a hardware fault. If the problems don't occur, you can rule it's definitely drivers, then do a custom install and install the drivers one by one, till the problems occur. I know it's a huge pain!!

Or if your happy with the factory settings leave it be.

Either way I'd do a reset to factory settings / reinstall the OS if it's custom built.

It could be a downloaded driver update that is causing th eproblem, check back on all your updates since re-installing windows 7.

Are you by any chance using Networx V.5.1.7?

I had all sorts of BSODs with that version. Since regressing to V5.1.6 I've had none.

Others have reported on the Networx Forum that they've had BSODs with 5.1.7.

Edit: 5.1.7 introduced a new driver, clearly that seems to be causing a number of problems...

The blue screens could be caused by the Ethernet driver. I have had a lot of issues with the Microsoft supplied ones especially for Realtek cards. Goto device manager and note the the model number of your network card then go to http://www.realtek.com.tw/default.aspx and search for the driver. Alternatively if you know what motherboard you have goto the boards manufacturer site and grab the latest driver for it.

That's usually the first suspect where a "Driver IRQL not less or equal...." BSOD is thrown.
