Using the above two progs, how can I tell which process is using a high percentage of processor usage?

Task Manager -> Processes tab -> Click on CPU column heading to sort into usage order. Note the Show Process from all users button which may be relevant.

Thanks for that I was assuming the memory size was the indicator.
