I missed that one, wasn't to do with w7 was it, as if so even technet has a how to on it,

Start > Right click Computer > Manage > (Vista: Accept UAC prompt) > Expand Local Users and Groups > Users > Right click "Administrator" > Properties > Untick/tick "Account is disabled" > Click OK
