pointing device colour

I have difficulty in finding the whereabout of the pointing device on my dell laptop ( win 7). Can anybody tell me how to change its colour? please.

Control Panel - Mouse - Pointers (tab)

and select Scheme - Windows Black (extra large)

I can't see an option to change to a different colour.

Was Eclipse Home Option 1 & VM 2Mb
Now O2 standard

You can also Show location of pointer when you press <CTRL)> under the Pointer Options tab.
