Is there a way to shrink partitions while leaving the free space in front in winblows? I don't particularly trust gparted to do it on an windows partition.
Any partition management software will do that, perhaps as a combination of a shrink and a move. GParted is as good as any. If you don't trust that get the free version of Paragon Disk Manager, which is very good.
