Firefox 8

Search Engines ...

FF8, as with predecessors, has a search box with several search engines that can be chosen as defaults. In the past I have had google.co.uk but with the upgrade to FF8 is has gone to google.com and I cannot find a way to change it to .co.uk.

Any suggestions?

One method, go to you firefox folder, then folder searchplugins, then backup the google xlm file. Then open file and change .com to .co.uk. and save.

Second method try this addin, it allows you to add any site that has a search function to the search engines. So for example you could add this forum's search function (though why anyone would want to is another question).
