Windows 7/8 load balancing

Hi at the moment ive got 2 x 10meg adsl connections 1 with sky 1 with talktalk (waiting on FTTC to be enabled hopefully this march but its been changed 4 times so who no's really will then ditch one of the ADSLs) as some of you know windows 7/8 can auto load balance internet connection in supported programs (mainly things like utorrent)

Long story short i connect to the talktalk with Ethernet and Sky with wifi when downloading things like the latest ubuntu or other distros via torrents some times it load balances (can be seen working here) then other times no matter what i try it will refuse to use the second connection its all very random 1 minute it works the next min not, then just kicks in again quite frustrating.

Dose anyone know how to make this more permanent and works all the time and not just when it fancy, Im not that fussed about it working on utorrent so much i only download distros every few months but steam also works with it and i do use steam a lot and the games can be quite big so this comes in very handy when it dose work.

Just a note i dont want to buy a load balancing router these are quite expensive and as i said as soon as FTTC is enabled one of the ADSL's is going so would be a big wast of money i also dont currently have a spare system to use pfsence so mainly just want the windows built in to actualy work correctly.

Not really no its apparently one of the little things win 7 can do that was not really ever mentioned i come across an article on a website one day that mention it as been part of 7 decided to try it and as you can see from the pic it worked but as i say it only seams to work when it wants. its apparently supposed to be automatic

Its more of a server function but it part of 7 and 8 (i use 8 DP at mo)

Thanks for that just tried it and i dont get what he gets lol i just get a stupid pop up telling me info every 5 seconds i maybe doing something wrong

Not at this moment in time no have tried that before though didnt seam to make much of a difference ive also ticked the auto assign metric box on both connections that dont make a diff either still just works when it wants.

Im trying to work out that script in the link moto gave me at the moment when i run it nothing comes up in the cmd box like in the vid but i get windows script host boxes popin up every 5 seconds with bits of info in and it dont seam to be balancing.

Ive just discovered digital region FTTC is now enabled for my line so instead of waiting around for BTOR to enabled there cab i think im just goin to order it via littlebigone on the DRN thanks for all the help in trying to get this working though.

the script looks to be doing its job when downloading 2x HTTP but utorrent still is'nt bonding like it was in the pic so still seams as temperamental as always lol
