One reads and writes fine being the M225 64gb SSD (I use this one for my flight sim x drive)
However the Crucial C300 SSD (my C: windows 7 64bit drive) reads at a similar speed, but the write speeds are well below I will post more details when I go home from work at 5.
I have changed from IDE to AHCI by registry tweaking inside the regedit. It installed the AHCI drivers when I rebooted and enabled Ahci within the Bios settings.
I don't understand why the two are differing so much on their write speeds.
Any thoughts or suggestions, downloaded relevant drivers for the mobo and installed, any other settings in bios may need changing? Thanks.
Worked it out - The setting for my SATA 3 two connectors that the SSD's were connected to was IDE not AHCI!
