New Outlook.com settings

I have just created my xxxxxoutlook.com email address. I don't know if this is to replace Hotmail or is an extra, but I thought I would set up an email anyway.

Does anyone know if I can collect and send using a mail client? I can access my new email by the web interface but I can't find the POP and SMTP settings.

I have tried the Hotmail settings and also pop.outlook.com/smtp.outlook.com and these don't work.

Endless Googling has found nothing.

Whopps...sorted.

The settings are the same as Hotmail. I had a typo in my user name!
