how to transfer my mail program, contacts, favourits to win

Hi, I have installed win 8 on my laptop which has win 7 on it. Now I have two IE 10, one pinned to Desktop( old win 7), and another pinned to win 8 tiles.Likewise I have two mail applications. My question is : how can I transfer my contacts, favourites to win 8 versions. And before you say anything, I do not regret installing win 8. It is a lot faster than win 7.
