pre-defined alarm

I cannot find where to download the pre-defined alarms for Virgin Media 30Mb tariff.
Please can you post this information where it can more easily be found.
Version 0.9.9.4

Please also note that the 30Mb option is not available when registering only 24mb then 40Mb
Virgin Media has a daily limit and weekend limit for up and downloads.
Is is possible to adjust the quota for a daily amount?
