Avast is stating it's fully updated but Widows Action Center is stating it's out of dat.
I'm running Win 8.1 and Avast 9.
Anyone else having that problem?

Try rebooting at least twice; this happened to me before I clean-installed Win8.1 and Avast! 2014 (v9) and I understand it's a glitch in the Avast! updater from v8 to v9.
