Win8 / email

My emails come via a gmail.com address, but I prefer to see them in the Outlook (2010) format. This sync has worked fine for yonks.

Since moving to Win8 the screen has happily displayed the Outlook folders (rarely used) and the Gmail folders separately. Under Gmail, however, I can't find a button for my 'Sent' folder.

I'm reluctant to reinstall in case I lose Calendar, Contacts, and/or saved emails.

Any thoughts please?

What mail client are you using on Win 8?

How is it receiving the Gmail emails, by POP3 or IMAP?
