Install Adobe Reader on Win8.1 In Place of Metro Reader?

[link to this post]
(or equiv DT Reader?)

Fed up that when DT IE wants to display a .PDF it does it in provided Metro Reader on Start Screen. Then if you have a link in .PDF it opens in a Metro IE side -by side with Metro Reader, even when IE has been told to open DT IE from the Start Screen and a DT IE is already running and has all your previous stuff.

FAQ: How to set Adobe Reader Touch as the Default PDF App on Windows 8

This is pretty easy to do, but is not as obvious as it should be, so here are a few quick steps to get you through it, with pictures to illustrate.
