tbbmeter won't load in windows 8.1 via task scheduler

Hi everyone,
I cannot get tbbmeter to load automatically via the task Scheduler, or the startup menu, I'm running Windows 8.1 Is there a work around for this?

Try the "tbbMeter Issues" forum.
Was Eclipse Home Option 1, VM 2Mb & O2 Standard

I have a similar problem loading NetMeter via a Local_Machine Registry Run.
It ran at first, possibly only under Win 8, but since upgrading to 8.1 it crashes, addressing invalid memory.

Running NetMeter Evo 2.0 and no problems on win 8.1.
