Sync Outlook calendars & contacts with Google's calendar & c

G'day all,

I posted this in Mobile Devices but did not get the help I was hoping for, so am trying again here!

Google pulled the plug on Google Sync on 1/8/14.

I can now no longer sync my Outlook calendars and contacts with Google's calendar and contacts... between my Android phone and XP computer and Win7 laptop

Can anyone please suggest a reliable effective replacement?

Google Sync will continue to be fully supported for Google Apps for Business, Government and Education users
