xp program

hi I'm trying to install a program on xp pro laptop I have installed it on a win 7 desktop without any problems it seems like xp is not letting me install op com software + drivers according to the suppler its ok on xp , the problem is when I try to load the drivers its not seeing them, if I open the files to check there they are I have switched off anti virus and firewall and doing it as administrator

I'm not sure if this is to do with the same software but there seems to be multiple issues. I don't know if anything on the attached thread will help?
