What are all these optional updates on Win 8.1

As title really I have 19 optional updates waiting to be installed with no explanation of what they are. Anybody?

They fix issues reported by small percentage of customers. I always apply them all.

Its annoying that the Windows 10 thing on the Windows Update screen makes installing updates a bit more time consuming now - as you need to click the small link, make sure everything required in selected, click the install button, which then takes to back to the first screen, where you have to do it all again to actually install the updates.
