Flash Player

I am trying to install in Firefox my Flash Player. It tells me to go to the flash folder. What is this please

2. Download the latest version of Flash Player

If you don't have the latest version, download it here: Adobe Flash Player download

Firefox won't do the update automatically. It just sends you to the appropriate Adobe update page.

It's not the age... it's the mileage.

It turns out that to get Flash Player I have to stop my anti-virus running. Which I did for 10 minutes. I then was able to get Flash Player working. Why don't they tell you this........

They don't tell you because
1. they are not particularly helpful when trying to install/add updates
2. it doesn't apply to all antivirus products
