Visio and Project 2016 blank screen

I bought Visio and Project through the HUP programme at work and tried to install on my Windows 10 laptop.

However after installimng the apps and running them all is get is a blank white screen. The office 2016 install I have is 32 bit and so are the Project and Visio.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Run / install as admin?
