Hotmail/Outlook blocking Amazon?

Just ordered something from Amazon and didnt get a confirmation email, yet the order was showing in my account on Amazon. Spoke with CS and they confirmed the emails had bounced back for some reason. They were being sent fine when i ordered something the other day, and nothing has changed (confirmed the address is the same)

Weirdly it seems its just the auto-confirm 'at' amazon.co.uk and auto-shipping 'at' amazon.co.uk address's that are blocked. The account-update 'at' amazon.co.uk delivers messages fine

So could this be something up with the auto emailer at Amazon or could MS be blocking the address's (seems odd to block an address and not the domain tho)

Have you checked you blocked sender list in Hotmail/Outlook?

Yea all those addresses i listed are in my safe senders. Ive just added them to my safe mailing list too incase Outlook is thinking its a mailing list maybe?

I ordered 2 things yesterday. 1 at 11am and got the confirmation email then 1 at 5pm which i didnt get. Since then dont get confirmation or despatched emails

It sounds more like Amazon getting your email address wrong rather than Hotmail blocking the message. Blocking doesn't normally bounce the message back.

How? Email to the same address?

I asked them on Live Chat and they confirmed the email they have on my account is correct.

Weirdly just got the order confirmation for 1 of the orders just 12hrs later

I have recently noticed that Amazon seem to be behaving as if they delay responses just in case you place another order - especially with books - so that the email does follow, but a significant number of hours later.

Well got 2 dispatched emails yesterday evening so who knows
