Annoying popup social media menu bar

Firefox 45.0.2 on Win 8.1. When I view http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/36073220/boris... and scroll down the page, about a third of the way down a social media menu bar appears. This bar remains as I continue scrolling, into the last third of the page, then disappears.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, as soon as you scroll down below the first picture.

I'm on Win 10 and FF 45.0.2 also, also happens on IE11.

So it's a website thing. Another annoyance from the BBC on a par with the auto play videos. mad

Win 8.1, IE11, I don't see it.

Therefore sounds more like Win 10 injecting it?
