Where has Changing Display Font Sizes Gone in W10 Creator?

I hate these MS Win 10 Major Updates! They reset all your carefully configured personalisation settings.

All my personal menu structures have been restructured. I'll just have to reorganise them myself manually. What business is it of MS how I structure my menus?

My immediate concern is that all my menus, not just Win 10's but of all programs, have been down-sized in font so I'm not comfortable with them.

It used to be under Display Settings or Personalize that you could change the font size (in pts) of various elements, like Menus, Headings ... Now I can't find it. Where has it gone?

Settings>System>Display>Scale and Layout is all that is left I think.

Ugh! That rescales everything in proportion. So make the text bigger makes the icons bigger. It's not selective as it was.

That is all I can find unless there is another way, best try tenforums.com and see if there is a tutorial or reg file to do it.
